- Clinicians register their patients on GPOS, and choose their language
- Their patients fill in a pre-treatment questionnaire before the consultation (saving time)

- The principal investigator chooses which clinicians will participate
- Patients are sent email reminders to enter their data on the system
- Clinicians have instant access to all trial data as it is entered
