Surgi C Ethical Responsibility Policy

Surgi C are continually striving for improvement for the way in which they operate and as a result have adopted a culture of Ethical Responsibility. The culture encouraged by Ethical Responsibility is to bring further value to all current employees and customers, whilst also maintaining an awareness of the longer term impact both environmentally and ethically that all actions may have. To this end, all employees are encouraged to foster a positive attitude towards being responsible for maintaining the Surgi C Ethical Responsibility.

A fundamental aspect of the Surgi C Ethical Responsibility is to ensure that all company activities are law abiding and in keeping with all industry guidelines. In order to ensure that industry guidelines are adhered to, a record is kept of all scientific/education support made to any healthcare professionals.

Environmental Considerations

In order for Surgi C to remain in keeping with the culture of ethical conduct, where possible all employees are encouraged to be as environmentally friendly as possible and to work an environmentally sustainable manner. Surgi C has implemented working practices to reflect being environmentally friendly, including recycling paper and ink cartridges, turning off power of PC’s and printers and using conference calls where possible to reduce employees carbon foot print.
